What I do
I've spent 34 months in performance marketing agencies managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. The work is straightforward — build campaigns, optimize for ROAS, scale what works. Average return across my portfolio sits at 4x.
Alongside client work, I build tools. Not as a side hustle or a startup play — as a response to the same friction I keep running into. Every tool I've shipped automates the research and data-collection layer so the person who needs to act can skip straight to acting.
The V Projekt
The V Projekt is a personal lab — a holding structure for the tools and brands I build solo. Every project under it automates the information layer before a decision gets made. Here's the current roster:
PitchEdge
Generates per-investor briefs for founders raising capital. Enter an investor name and fund — get their real thesis from recent checks, portfolio conflicts, and the objection pattern of that specific partner.
pitchedge.co.inDomain Radar
Automated expired domain research built on n8n. Checks 10,000 domains weekly through five filter stages — domain rating, referring domains, spam score, traffic history, availability. Fewer than 20 survive each run.
Read the build storyDeclaro AI
AI-powered automated reporting system for performance marketing campaigns. Pulls campaign data, generates narrative reports, and delivers them on schedule — replacing the hours I used to spend on client decks.
Jarvis
A multi-agent system for task monitoring, prioritization, and deploying specialized sub-agents. Unlike the other tools which solve external problems, Jarvis runs the internal operation of building everything else.
Harit
Premium microgreens brand. The one project in the roster that isn't software — a direct-to-consumer play testing whether the same GTM thinking that works in paid ads applies to physical products.
harit.lifeSkills & stack
The marketing side: Google Ads, Meta Ads, campaign architecture, bid strategy, audience segmentation, conversion tracking, GA4, GTM, lead enrichment pipelines, and go-to-market strategy.
The building side: n8n for workflow automation, AI agent frameworks, API integrations, HTML/CSS/JS for shipping fast, and Cloudflare for deployment. I don't write backend services — I wire existing APIs into automated pipelines that do the work.
How I got here
I moved to Munich from India to study business. Ended up in performance marketing because it was the most measurable part of the business — run an ad, see the numbers, optimize. The feedback loop is immediate.
The tool-building started because I kept hitting the same problem at work: too much time collecting data, not enough time acting on it. I built the first tool (Declaro) to automate my own reporting. Then realized the pattern applied everywhere. Now there are five.
What "Harshit Builds" means
This site — harshitbuilds.co.in — is the portfolio and the proof. "Harshit Builds" is a description, not a brand name. I build things: campaigns for clients, tools for problems, brands for markets. The portfolio is the running log of what's been shipped.
