Brands aren't broken by bad campaigns. They're broken by weak briefs nobody challenged.
Two years inside agencies and distribution companies gave me a front-row view of what happens when strategy is guesswork and execution is hope. I didn't leave — I started building the alternatives.

Four AI tools. Two brands. One consistent conviction: specificity wins.
PitchEdge. Marketing Intelligence. Domain Radar. Each built around a single, specific problem. That's the only kind of tool worth building.
03 —
I moved to Munich to be close to the brands where that distinction matters most.
The gap between Indian market intelligence and European commercial opportunity is real, large, and mostly unclaimed. I chose to study it from inside Europe — while building for it simultaneously.

The Process.
Four stages. One investor name in. A classified brief out. Walk into every partner meeting knowing their thesis, conflicts, and the question they'll ask. Hover any stage to see what's happening under the hood.
01
Investor Name · Fund Name
01 — Target
Name the investor and the fund. That's the only input PitchEdge needs — no forms, no briefing documents, no setup.
Input: Investor name · Fund name
02
3 Sources · Simultaneous
02 — Intelligence Pull
Three data sources fire in parallel — fund website crawl, recent portfolio moves, and news signals. Thesis, stage preference, cheque size, and sector bets extracted automatically.
Fund crawl · Portfolio tracking · News signals
03
Conflict · Objection Mapping
03 — Conflict Mapping
Claude maps portfolio overlaps against your raise — which existing bets conflict, which create synergy, and the specific objection this partner is known to raise in first meetings based on their public record.
Portfolio conflicts · Known objections · Partner patterns
04
Per-investor Brief · Minutes
04 — Brief Out
A per-investor intelligence brief — thesis, recent checks, portfolio conflicts, the objection they'll raise, and the angle that answers it. Ready the night before the meeting. One shot per fund — walk in prepared.

Admas Advertising, India
"Learned what 20% revenue growth actually costs — in time, bad briefs, and budget spent on impressions."
+
Ran Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads for 5+ client accounts — managing Rs.2–3 lakh monthly budgets full cycle, from audience targeting and creative briefs to KPI reporting.
Delivered 20% average revenue growth portfolio-wide; maintained CPA below Rs.600 and ROAS of 4x+ for key e-commerce clients through audience restructuring, A/B testing, and bid iteration.

Ran go-to-market campaigns across digital, print, and field channels simultaneously; managed channel mix and messaging without external agency support.

The Proof
Certifications.
15 certifications issued between 2025 and 2026. Every gap in the stack, deliberately filled — from Anthropic and Microsoft to Salesforce, Adobe, and HubSpot.
Hover any card to see the problem that made it necessary. That's always where it starts — not with the product, but with the frustration that made it inevitable.
Every premium brand has a story worth millions.
Most are telling it like a classified ad. The problem is never the product — it's the strategy, the story, and the platform it's told on.
Founders get one real shot per fund — walking in underprepared burns it. PitchEdge generates per-investor intelligence briefs: thesis, recent checks, portfolio conflicts, and the specific objection a partner will raise.

AI Tool · In Testing
"130K+ new domains scanned daily. The qualified 20% routed to outreach automatically."
Most lead pipelines break at enrichment. DomainRadar scrapes newly registered domains, enriches via API waterfall, scores by ICP fit, and routes qualified prospects into outreach sequences — automatically.

"Weekly client reports that used to take hours — generated, narrated, and approval-ready in minutes."
Declaro AI
Manual reporting eats 3–5 hours per client per week. Declaro pulls live Meta and Google Ads data, feeds it into Claude to generate plain-English narrative insights, and delivers a formatted report to Airtable for one-click client approval.

Domain Radar
In Testing
Most lead pipelines break at enrichment — blank fields, wrong scoring, misrouted prospects. DomainRadar is a pipeline I built from scratch to fix that: it scrapes newly registered domains, enriches company data via API waterfall, scores leads by ICP fit, and routes the qualified 20% into outreach sequences automatically. Same logic as HubSpot's lead ops workflow — enrichment, deduplication, scoring, routing — built without a dev team or existing infrastructure. Currently in testing.
